Hi there whoever can help me. I am trying to get all the devices on my home network to see each other to share files and a printer. So far my Xbox can see my laptop (Vlad2) but not my wife's (Lappy). I can't get the two laptops to share files between each other and my Asus Transformer Droid tablet can't either. Both laptops appear to be on the same homegroup and I have tried the basic troubleshooting steps from Windows 7 to no avail.

All devices can connect to the internet, so at least there's that.

What I would like to do is to have one or two folders on each laptop that I can share to the network to stream movies to the Xbox 360 and Droid tablet. I know this is possible because we live in amazingly futuristic times so I hope one of you smart people can help me. Here is some more info:

Make and model of computer
Both Laptops are Toshibas running the most updated, genuine copies of Windows 7 professional 64 bit. Vlad2 is a Qosmio X770 and Lappy is a Satelite

How the computer is connected (wireless or wired)
Vlad2 is wired to the router, Xbox 360 is wired to a bridge wired to the router, Lappy and Droid are wireless

Make and model of Router
Netgear 7550

Approximate Distance From the router the PC is if its a wireless connection
40 feet and 20 feet...great signal strength, terrible speed (see below)

What type of internet you have (Dsl, Cable, T-1,etc..)
DSL. Ugh, I know. But I live in a semi-rural area and it is the best I can get.

I used the names of the laptops because if I post any reports or network maps, that is what the laptops show up as. And here is the result of the minitoolbox report:
