I have recently had performance issues. repeated virus and spam scans throw nothing up.
I have just found in the System Config Startup items the following.

Startup Item: CertTrustedExternalGuard
Manufacturer: Limited Energy Group
Command: C:\users\%me%\AppData\Roaming\Dayce\guiw.exe

There is also a registry entry in HKCU-software-microsoft-windows-currentversion-run
{81AE68A1-46B9-5CE5-40A3-EF25188ED18E} REG_SZ C:\users\%me%\AppData\Roaming\Dayce\guiw.exe

I've searched everywhere for any reference to them but can find nothing. Anyone know what they refer to?

Guiw.exe traces to this vendor, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NetApp .
