Desktop will not load

Laptop will not boot up. You can hear the hard drive running after pressing the power button, but that is it. The screen stays blue and you never see windows at all. The Google Toolbar would not let you search before this happened. I would always have to search through the main page.

You've tried booting into safe mode?

You've checked the support page for your system...at the manufacturer's website?

System manufacturer and model?

I have tried to boot in safe mode and nothing changed.

Can you boot into the BIOS?

Start pressing the F10 key as the system is beginning to boot...1 every 2 seconds or so.
