Hi,

I just started getting a pretty frequent BSOD on my system. I upgraded Skype shortly before I started experiencing the BSOD, but then I rolled back my computer through system restore, and I am still having the problem, so I do not think it is related. The Bugcheck analysis is set forth below. I would appreciate any interpretation or analysis of it. Many thanks.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

Allan, Thanks for the instructions. Please see below. Note that except for the first two BSOD summaries, most of these relate to times at which I was not having consistent problems with my computer.

1) Have you made any hardware changes to your system or is it as it was when you received it?

2) Tell us about your systme.

3) Other than Skype, What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

4) When does the system blue-screen (does it happen when you are doing something specific or can it happen if it's just sitting there doing nothing)?

5) If it happens "on its own", does the same thing happen in safe mode?

6) Please look in Device Manager - are there any yellow or red symbols?

The issue appears to have been related to my SSD. I updated firmware, disabled intel rapid storage and uninstalled my devices through device manager. That seems to have fixed the problem. I will provide further updates as applicable.

Knowing you had an SSD would have been helplful.

Glad you got it sorted out. Happy Holidays.
