I'm using Windows 7 and with either IE or Firefox I've been getting pop up ads in the lower left and right hand corners. They sometimes have the iLivid logo. Also they show up on my Steam browser. Occasionally when I click on a link for a web page I will be redirected to another page that is some random advertisement. I've removed all iLivid software that I can find and I've tried multiple malware and anti-virus programs (spybot, adaware, AVG) Nothing is finding any problems and nothing I can find on the internet seems to be of any use in getting rid of this program.

I'm really hoping to find some help in removing this program here. Thank you very much :)

MiniToolbox log is incomplete.
Redo.

Also, you're running two AV programs, AVG and MSE.
You must uninstall one of them.
If AVG use AVG Remover: http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities

I deleted MSE but I got the same results with Minitoolbox. Something about the proxy server.

Check MiniToolbox log again.
There is a good chance you'll see a bunch of empty space under this line:
::1 localhost
and then more info will follow.
Just scroll down the log to see if I'm right.

Very well.

We need to reset your "hosts" file.

Restart computer in Safe Mode.
Open Windows Explorer. Go Tools>Folder Options>View tab, put a checkmark next to Show hidden files, and folders, UN-check Hide protected operating system files.
NOTE. Make sure to reverse the above changes, when done with this step.
Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC folder.
Delete hosts file.
NOTE. If you can't delete "hosts" file (access denied) take ownership of "ETC" folder first and then try again: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/add-take-ownership-to-explorer-right-click-menu-in-vista/

Restart in normal mode.
Please, go here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972034#FixItForMeAlways and click on "Fix it" button to reset your "hosts" file.
Follow all prompts.

Please download MiniToolBox and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:
  • List content of Hosts
Click Go and post the result.
