Hi guys...
I am in desperate need of help. I am not very computer savy, however, hoping I can get this issue resolved. I have a Dell Inspirion 15R laptop. Has been running fine until about a month ago. Suddenly started freezing, then received BSOD. Ran some virus scans, found some malware, all of which was removed, scan now clean.
Since then, the computer takes 10-15 to start up. Then it will not open any applications, such as internet explorer, google chrome. Occasionally it will work fine for a few minutes but then freezes.
The error I get the most now is windows explorer is not responding.
I have no idea where to start, can anyone give me some advice??
Thanks in advance!
