hi guys,

my computer seems to be much more laggy than before. Take this as an example. When I am listening to songs, the song stutters suddenly and I noticed that my HDD's light was blinking while that happened. Can anyone help me with this problem? Is this linked to spyware or is it my HDD or what? Are there any programs recommendable?

Hi there,
Firstly, please read the selfhelp instructions which can be found here. Please use those instructions as a guide to speed up your computer. You will follow a number of steps to clear the clutter from your PC, and also quicken your startup time etc...
If this does not solve your problem, please post back and we can go from there.
