About every ten minutes, my firewalls pop up saying that a trojan virus has been ditected. How do I get rid of it?

Win32:trojano-3295 is the name
and every time it happens a porn site called threexs.com pops up in my history. Help me please!

Have you tried to block this pop-up, when it comes up? Or tried blocking adult sites from your computer?
