I am trying to use WakeMeOnLan. I tested it on my laptop and phone, and it did nothing. Is anyone familiar with this software?

By 'did nothing' what exactly do you mean? Did the executable run? Did it collect the MAC addresses and IP ranges? What exactly are you expecting to happen on the network by using the tool? Did you get it from the developer or from another site?

Developer is here: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wake_on_lan.html

On my laptop, it shows only my PC. On my desktop, it shows all of the devices. When I say it does nothing, I mean that when I attempt to wake the device up, the device does not start up.
I got the file from the developer's website.
