Hey guys, I was wondering if you could let me know some good spyware and virus removal programs,.. I already have spy-bot and ad-aware but dont know if its updated.. need a little help. thanks..oh ya and I have zone alarm but dont know how good that is working// thanks.

See this list of applications. Do not, as a general rule, run two anti-virus and two firewalls concurrently on your operating system. You may have as many anti-spyware applications as you want, as long as only one is used for "live protection" (like teatimer, for example).

Anti-virus and anti-spyware applications are only as good as their definitions are current. Check the HELP file for each if you need to know how to update them.
