I have a windows 7 lap top i5 750GB HD one year old.

Keep losing internet connection on firefox so changed to google chrome and it snaps all the time. Have cleared cookies and caches and run full antimalewarebytes scan and superspyware scan, no viruses detected.
Using windows virus protection and firewall

laptop is running so slow, please help.

Is it slow when booting, opening programs, and browsing? Please post the computer model and how are you connecting next time.

Try downloading Speccy and then install the program. To post and publish a snapshot of your PC.
. In the Menu bar, click File -> Publish Snapshot
. Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard
. On your next reply, right-click on a empty space and click Paste on reply box then click Post.

Download MiniToolBox and select all options.
A notepad will open then copy-paste the report on your next reply.
