Can you boot into Safe Mode?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

What is the make and model of this computer?

How are you trying to do the installation, Windows installation disc or OEM recovery disc?

What happened when you tried to do the reinstall?

What happens when you try to boot into Safe Mode?
