Need help with Virus/Malware WIN 2003

Our three mapped drives sub folders have changed to .exe's they all contain files Porn.exe, Sexy posing a jpeg icon but it is really a 284kb .exe file, Passwords as a text file, and a file named "x" presenting as a 0 byter .mpeg file
