Hello all,

I've recently performed a refresh of my 64bit windows 8 laptop. I expected that the program would be deleted but did not anticipate that the Windows live files would be. I have reinstalled windows live mail and unable to find the windows live e-mails to import. Is this possible to do after a refresh?

Thank you

Window Live Mail is in the cloud so your mail, contacts, and calendar are all stored online. If you sign in with a Windows Live ID, then your mails, contacts. etc will sync automatically. If you need to import or something else. Checking Here .

Hi Sundavis, he means the desktop client.

Ohrion, did you resolve this issue? If not, did you see if any of your old mail still existed under this folder: C:\Users\<login name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail?
