Does anyone encounter high ram usage and freezing of computer using win 7 Dell support tried to remotely fix but was unable. I downloaded hijack this and am currently reviewing the log file. Any suggestions. I have ran several spyware and virus software to no avail. I feel one or some of them may have something to do with this. I have uninstalled all and still get high ram usage and freezes. RAM 3gig,
