my computer computer has been running pretty slow, kinda unbearable at times. I do a decent amount of work on my computer, i.e. photoshop, adobeindesign etc. It would be good if I can be rid of all the possible viruses or spyware that could be slowing me down. Any ideas on what I should do?

Hi there,
Firstly, please read the selfhelp instructions which can be found here. Please use those instructions as a guide to speed up your computer. You will follow a number of steps to clear the clutter from your PC, and also quicken your startup time etc...
If this does not solve your problem, please post back and we can go from there.
David
