I'm trying to do a Windows repair on Windows XP and can't do it because system say's I'm trying to install over a newer version.. I read that sp2 would cause this, so I decided to uninstall sp2...can't find it. It is not in the Add/Remove section..there is also no uninstall folder in Windows System folders either. I also tried to reinstall sp2 but it keeps telling me that access is denied...I am listed as administrator and I have changed all of the permissions I could find in the registry, to no avail.. If this is a repeat posting I apologize in advance...thanks
