Web Cam Problem

My Computer is ASUS. Core I3, RAM 4 and Model Number is PR05IJ Series.
After I install Windows 7 or 8, My computer Web Cam showing picture direction is wrong. How to solve that problem? Please reply me whoever know about this problem.
However Skype or VZO chat, all the video chat pictures are wrong direction. I mean the appearance of my photo are like that.. My head is down and my foot are up.
