Have FBI virus. I have tried everything suggested for safe mode. I get the BOSD w/0x0000007B everytime. It will not boot to ANY Safe Mode options.

OS is XP Professional. I can start up and run the user who is not an admin. I do not know what the admin password is. It will not allow me to down load anything because of this to remove the virus. I do not have access to the registry. Any suggestions. This is a nightmare.
