trouble with installing windows 7 on a hard drive

I am trying to re install windows 7 on my desktop however i think i have deleted/formatted ?? all the data from the partions on the hard drive during my first attempt.

Do i need to re install other files before i can install windows again???

Please help i am quite the novice and usually my "trial or error" methods have got me through but i think i need help with this one :blink:

Hello damo and Welcome -
Try this M/soft tutorial >> Install / Reinstall Windows7 Options

Select your preferred option and Click on it to expand the instructions
