Rootkit Virus

I have a root kit virus that is detected by GMER utility. the problem is I don't know what to do next with the GMER program. it shows a list of files and one is in red but it does not give an option to remove it.

could someone please explain what to do next.

Hello, it os better that you do not do it on your own..
Post the Gmer log with a DDS log from ths guide in a new topic...
