Hey,
When I move a shortcut of a program into a folder on my user account desktop, the shortcut disappears from another user account's desktop, and when I do the same on another user account it disappears from my account desktop. When I do the same on a user account that isn't admin, it asks for an administrative password in order to do so.
Help please!

If you want the shortcut to appear on all users' desktops then you can place it in the Public desktop folder (by default on Windows 7, located at C:\Users\Public\Desktop.) Everything in the public desktop folder will appear on all user desktops in addition to anything they have in their per-user desktop folder.
