Suggest me an android device for development as well as daily use.Preferable price below $100.

I don't think you'll find any device in that price range that you'll be able to effectively use for development. You need to be running the latest OS to develop effectively. Anything in the price range mentioned is likley two versions behind and won't even be on the list for either version of Jelly Bean 4.1 or 4.2.

LG G2X, they are cheap these days, excellent hardware but bad support. You'd do the community a lot of good if you contribute your skills.

Go for samsung galaxy SIII, nice phone and reasonable too.
