Hello everybody!

Recently I got into computer hardware, and ordered parts for my first build off of Newegg. I put everything together, and got it to startup. It had power, fans were running, stuff was heating up. I couldnt get a display though, which I later learned(After the startup problems began) that this was likely caused by me not using the Video Card Output (GTX 550 Ti.) My first attempt to solve this issue was removing the CMOS and putting it back in, when I did that i also took everything apart and put it back together correctly. Did I damage the CMOS? (Mobo is A TA75m) Or put it in wrong? Any other thoughts are appreciated, thank you very much!
