i have been searching everywhere for the last two days. ive never posted on sites like this because i hate to be a bother, but i am very desperate.

yesterday firefox started redirecting me to sites beginning with 63.209.69.107 instead of my searches. i always use avira and malwarebytes, but since they failed to find anything at all, i have tried every single antivirus recommended, such as TDSSKiller and SUPERAntiSpyware. to my horror, nothing is ever found. it doesnt happen 100% of the time so i get lulled into thinking i finally killed it, then it comes back with a vengeance. whats worse, i ONLY EVER use firefox but now internet explorer keeps opening up to random sites, eZanga.com for example, among several others. if i leave IE open, the spam sites open in new tabs instead of windows.

i will be eternally grateful for any and all assistance anyone can provide. i know other people need help too and i wouldnt be here unless i was at the end of my rope, so i promise to be as fast as humanly possible.

while i wait for a response, i will continue to google different solutions. please and thank you for any help.

edit: forgot to put in the 'dds' file like everyone else does. got a blue screen the first time i ran it, its the first blue screen ive gotten in probably years, so i guess its worse than i feared.
