so i go to turn my computer on i hear 2 beeps instead of the usual 1 and all i see a black screen and up in the left corner it says " This BIOS is exclusively for Acer only Copyright © 2002-2011, Acer Inc". Its doesnt look like it is recognizing my keyboard so really dont know what to do..haven't changed anything with the comp..not hardware or any settings before it stopped working. i've tried unplugging all usb stuff and turning it on with the same result.

plz help, thx

First thing I'd try is replacing the battery on the motherboard.

Okay. The next thing is to go to the website of your bios provider and check the beep code - see what two beeps indicates.
