I've been disturbed by this "hacker" who hacked my friends yahoo messenger account. He said that he will hack me and stuff. But, i've been joining hacking forum for years now, so, i'm not that scared actually. When he told me my ip adress, i was laughing my ass off because i know it's very easy to get someone's ip but the hard thing is to do something to other people's computer.

So, with my little knowledge (reading hacking tutorials and other people's experience) i just put my firewall to the maximum security and ignore that guy. But the suddenly, he makes ym open a hell lot of chat windows till ym is not working anymore. Luckily i have like 750++sdram, so my computer doesn't hang.

So, my question is, does my computer have any program that allows him to do that or he's just using some exploits on yahoo messenger? Because i do virus check everyday (with avg) and i use ad-aware like once every 4days . Im just curious if i had accidentally installed malicious programs. So here's my HJT log:

For the team from the Eternal City, 90 minutes at Old Trafford must have seemed an eternity indeed.

Hello jbmoisin and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I do not see any signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.

If this person is actually making yahoo Messenger do that then just put them on your block list and ignore them.

Cheers.

Hi OT,

Well, he actually hacked my friend account, so i couldn't just block him like that. But if you say that my registry is clean enough, then it's all good.

Thanks for the reply!

Hi jbmoisin. Well, if they actually hacked someone else's computer doesn't necessrily mean they can hack yours. Script kiddies are a dime a dozen these days.

Since your computer is clean I will close this topic. If you have any new issues in the future please start a new topic.

Cheers and happy computing.
