Is there a link showing all the win7 update patches and which ones in the list are to be avoided?

If you go to the control panel and open Uninstall a Program you will find View installed updates in the upper left corner, click on this to view them.

As for what to avoid, other than Net Frameworks that aren't applicable to the applications you are running I can't think of any that should be avoided. The majority of these updates are for security purposes.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

There are known problematic patch updates that cause system issues and those are what I want to avoid.
