Joined a while back but if I recall correctly I fixed my own problem then, so didn't need to post. This time, however, I need help.

My work laptop has been hit with a nasty virus. So I thought I'd say hi here first, and then make a post over in the A/V area.

I do try to be active on the forums I sign up for. Alas, the last OS I was competent to troubleshoot was XP, so I'll probably be lurking here to learn more than anything. :)
