xp wont start

Hi all. Im new here. I installed combofix yesterday and now my pc wont start. it gives me the screen to select safe mode etc but no arrows work. Cant go up and down and cant select anything. I insatalled combo on my other pcs and it worked beautifully. Please help. I dont have any recovery or windows cds.
