Welcome to BC.
Try to boot in the safe mode, and then run you AV, spyware, malware, adware protections.

Please let us know what happens.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

If there is a Windows System Restore date from when the computer was working normally use it accessing it by booting in safe mode.
Hopefully that will return the computer to normal function.

What do you mean by "hacked into"?

Do you mean it became infected with viruses and malware?

Will the system boot at all in normal mode and if not what error messages come up? Be specific as we need exact information to be of help.
