BSOD on every shutdown

Hey guys ive been struggling to figure this out for days Im hoping against hope someone here can help me. I haven't installed anything new software or hardware wise and have done memtests chkdsk the whole 9 and cannot seem to find out whats going on here. Every time I shutdown I get a BSOD, here is my bluescreenview save from the crashdump. I truley appreciate any and all help and I also like to consider myself computer savy but this one is just puzzling me.

Although it appeared no one cared lol, I solved it myself. Turns out it was a root-kit and feel free to delete this thread.
