Have you tried booting into safe mode?

it sometimes wont even boot up so I cant get into safe mode
or if it locks up hangs
I have to turn the power off without it shutting down first which causes more problems when i try and start up again booting up all 3 lights on my keyboard are on and my screen is blank
once in a while it will try repair but I have no idea of the problem/problems so it keeps coming back and probably getting worse as it not fixed
looking at a few tools now
for debugging but one wont even run after downloading it

If the system does not boot...how are you able to use debugging tools and look at Event Viewer...or anything else that requires access to Windows?
