my job has several tutorials made with Microsoft Producer. they are located on a server somewhere because it streams to our computer once we select them. i'm wondering how to save those files to my computer or to a flash drive to be watched on my leisure time.

anybody know?

They may not be downloadable for security or proprietary reasons. I would suggest you consult the owner of the content or your IT department and ask them if it's possible and how to accomplish it.
