I have a Dell i5,Win 7, laptop with Phoenix bios that has been invaded by a virus that has disabled all of the security functions in the bios, disabled all communication devices in the operating system,
disabled the mouse, and won't accept any USB cards. I've had a bit of surface mount soldering experience, but I'd like to try to ref lash or anything else before trying to replace the BIOS.
I'm typing this on a tablet, so excuse the typos. Any help will greatly appreciated.
