rtl70.bpl missing from explorer.exe

Hi, firstly I am new to this so I hope this is the right place to post.
I recently downloaded and then uninstalled Glary utilities. Ever since, whenever I right click various file icons on my desktop (pics, pdfs, docx etc)I get the following message: Explorer.exe - system error. The program cant start because rtl70.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
I would prefer not to reinstall Glary (too many other toolbars etc also installed) but not sure if this is the solution anyway. I'm running win 7 32bit. Not sure what other info you need.
Thanks for any help.

rtl70.bpl is not a Windows file.

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:
