I am having Dell Inspiron 15R N5110 (laptop) the back side fan of cpu does not run when starting the laptop it flicks for few seconds and then stops. Should it runs continousely or it should not.

The fan on the CPU is essential for cooling the CPU, if the fan isn't running the CPU will overheat and hopefully shut the computer down before any damage is made.

If you need to replace the fan you can find replacements here.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
