This is going to be my first build, and this is the maximum amount that I am able to spend. Any recommendations or changes would be very much appreciated. Also, are all the parts compatible?

Thank you for your help!

What are you planning to do with this computer? If I was you, I would switch that HDD out for the 1tb caviar black. It is just a couple more dollars, and do you really need a 2.5 inch drive? If you where gaming, I would swap the RAM with some 1600mhz and get a better video card. Not that there is anything wrong with yours, but if you were gaming, the little extra money could help make the experience a lot better on the graphics card side.
