Hello I could use some assistance and see if anyone can help me with this issue I'm having. Yesterday morning I powered up my pc to have it load windows to the point where it was almost finished then I got the BSOD and it rebooted. which keeps cycling until I shut it down or interupt it with the F8 option. If I am in safe mode it runs with no issues I have run a few trusted software malwarebytes, ccleaner etc, removed the latest updates, check my ram (swapped it around and out) and replaced my video card just to eliminate them from being the issue. I'm at the point of restoring the O.S. but would like to see if my dmp file gives anyone a clue of where the issue is.
Thanks,

Hello

One minidump isn't much to go on, but let's take a look.

1. ) Please follow these instructions: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions - Windows 8, 7 & Vista
  • With the exception of Step 4 - part 2 - Create a new thread HERE and attach the file(s).
  • Note - When they are run, both files: BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.64_jcgriff2_.exe and autoruns.exe need to be in the Documents directory.
Please upload the zipped folder to a File Sharing website of your choosing because Bleeping Computer has a 512 K only upload limit and this file will be much larger.

Regards,
Brooks

Hello bob_999,

From Software \ Loaded modules:
"\\.\globalroot\systemroot\svchost.exe"

Your computer is infected with malware; possibly a (rootkit?)

I will request that this topic be moved to an appropriate malware forum. Hold tight!

After your system is clean, should your problems persist, we can have another look in the Windows 7 Forum.

Regards,
Brooks

Please follow this Preparation Guide and post in a new topic.

Let me know if all went well.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook

Thanks guys, problem solved by following the prep guide. Thought that is what the problem was but wanted an opinion from a fresh set of eyes. Again thanks!
