Ok, so I create an html document on my computer that has a "Pay With Amazon" button on it. I want to send this document to customers so that they can easily browse the list of items in the document and then choose what they want and then pay for it on one very simple page. (I've also tried this using blogspot. I'm going to go with that in the long run if I can get the bleeping button to work.)

The problem is with the "Pay With Amazon" button. It works when I create the file on my own computer and save it as an html document. However, when I send the document to someone else, the button doesn't work!! If I send it in a text file to the customer and have the customer save it as an html file, then the button will work!! This doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not very good with html, but this is just confusing. I simply want a button that works and will work if I integrate it into a blogspot post. I need to get the code right, though.

Below you will find the code. This isn't THE code that I'm going to use, but instead is more of a generic code that I've created for the purposes of this forum only. The items in the code are not for sale. This is THE code that Amazon is providing me when I create the checkout button. NO changes have been made to it. Can someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much.

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://static-na.payments-amazon.com/cba/js/us/PaymentWidgets.js"></script>
<script>
RenderCBAButton = function(ordervalue) {
var standard1 = new CBA.Widgets.StandardCheckoutWidget({
merchantId: "AR68ZGME12D2N",
orderInput: {
format: "XML",
value: ordervalue}
}).render("cbaxmlButton");
}
</script>

I am sending the HTML document as an attachment, yes. Sorry. I can't do HTML with Yahoo. If you think I can get the HTML code to work with another e-mail provider, please make a suggestion. But I need the button to work. It doesn't appear that it's going to work even if I use another e-mail provider due to the fact that it won't work if I put it into a blogspot post. Does that make sense?

Thank you.
