Hello all,

My computer is in major trouble. I am a novice in battling viruses or whatever is infected my computer. Here is the best information I can provide.

My computer was having problems before with the internet re-directing to random websites. With some help from a post on here under the name jpeadon16(you can read the previous post if you'd like), I used TDSS, RKill and several other programs to help kill the virus. However I am still having the following issues.

1) livesearchnow.com keeps coming up while I'm trying to search things.

2) When I push the microsoft button in the bottom left I have 4 things: the search bar, all programs, computer and the shutdown button. In addition, all my files are hidden/gone. For example, when I click on all programs and the itunes folder shows up, if I click on it, it says it's empty.

3) I downloaded McAfee Security, and it says that my firewall protection is off/not working. When I went to turn it on/put it back to the default settings, there is a error message that says it cannot be completed.

These are my major issues. What does it sound like I have and how do I mediate the issues.
