Help with svchost.exe trojan!

Malwarebytes won't completely remove as the BSOD comes back on startup.

Want to try the combofix route...

I've downloaded combofix...

I've disabled all active anti-virus, anti-spyware etc. software...

BC AdBot (Login to Remove)

If anyone can help me with this before running combofix, as I don't want to screw things up. I'm getting the BSOD and the only way to boot up is in safe mode, which is where I sit at the moment.
