blue screen error

I built this computer 6month ago and its been getting blue screen crashes with error codes like ntoskrnl.exe or discache.sys and dxgmms1.sys.7f76 nwifi.sys.3dbdc
ok i ran tests on this computer like memtest x86 and spinrite all was fine ran anti-spyware nothing virus check fine i did a sfc/scannow check fine started it in safemode checked fine i dont know whats wrong please help.
Its a custom computer with windows 7 64bit amd phenom x2 560 500gb harddrive 12gb ram 880g-e45 motherbroad with a gtx 550 ti geforce videocard coolmaster 500w power supply
