I checked my recycle bin and there was a file or folder in there that said something about anti spam. When I tried to empty the pc froze. It I tried running a virus scan and after it goes so far it all freezes up again. Same with SAS. I have 2 hard drives and neither one will boot now in normal mode. I have it booted now in safe mode. Help please!!!!!!

I'd try to initiate the chkdsk /r command from safe mode...then reboot.

It may be a corrupt file or a bad sector on the disk, or another problem. After using chkdsk /r it may be a good idea to run anti spy ware, anti virus software and see if your computer is infected.
