My printer has decided it doesn't want to work. Or I should say my computer has decided it doesn't like my printer, either way, its not working. And I'm not computer savey at all. Tried all I know and nothing :( The scanner is fine, the computer says its not there under printers, but under properties its there and says device is working properly (not). And it won't let me add a printer it says"operation could not be completed (error 0x000000a4) WTH any suggestions
