Can you boot into Safe Mode?

If the Toshiba mini laptop shown in the picture your link takes me to you should be able to access the Advanced Boot Options by pressing F12 key after pressing the start button.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

When i press F12, it gives me the option to Boot via, HDD, CD, Something Else, or USB

I dont get the advance boot option.

Thank You

The Problem just happened again :(

It was working fine. yesterday night and today, did a couple of reboot all fine

However right now, it went back :( to the first problem. What could be causing it?

EDIT: Again I had to run the recovery disk > memory diagnostic test and it worked : But why is this happening, what is causing it?

Thank You
