I've had a fried that is an IT tech check my computer speed and it is good coming in but very slow going out, he thinks it could be the modem but the Internet company didn't think so even though they haven't check it. Any suggestions.

What are the speeds, and what are they supposed to be? most ISPs, thats normal-for example, you will get say, 10 mbs coming in, and 1 mbs going out, and thats the way its supposed to be.
