I think this may be a virus, it always starts up with a warning you need to update this and then when I click the X it goes away and appears later on.

I a running a laptop Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1
Windows Explorer 9 64 bit

I am confused I found this article from Bleeping Computers but didn't quite know what steps exactly what to take so that is the reason for the post here:

Check the location :)

One that is generating from C:\Windows\System32\dllcache\jucheck.exe is a virus.

In your case it should be from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Java\Java Update\jucheck.exe folder which is legitimate.
