I get this message with Firefox and Iron but not with QtWeb, Win Explorer:

Message: Firefox is configured to use a proxy that is refusing connections.

Any thoughts?

You can change the setting back to "no proxy".

You may have an extension causing this. To trouble shoot, Help > Restart with Addons Disabled
If the problem does not occur with Addons Disabled then you should add back one addon at a time to
find the culprit.

To change setting to "no proxy": Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : No Proxy

If no addon is causing the problem and the problem persists after changing to No Proxy then
malware could be the cause.
