RunDLL error

I keep getting an error msg stating "There was a problem starting [ ]appdata\local\temp\7zs1bf8\hpslpsvc64.dll Access is denied." everytime the computer comes back up from being idle or in sleep mode. I think it may have something to do with my hp printer. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this error msg?

Boot into user account from where HP printer software was installed.

Go to


Right click on the folder and delete it

Another possible solution is to uninstall and reinstall the HP printer software.

It seems you installed the latest updates that caused this issue.System restore may be the last option.

It is loading from a temp folder, so delete that folder. It shouldn't need to run a .dll from there.
